Abstract/Citation: |
Provides that the floors, walls and rooms of the workplace must be insulated to ensure a suitable temperature in order to avoid risks to employees' health. Electric equipment and installations must be designed and produced so that they do not create danger of fire or explosion while they are being used. Emergency doors must be easily openable without using keys or other equipment. Required signs shall be put at emergency exits. Work outdoors shall be permitted only when weather conditions do not threaten the health and safety of the employees. Work equipment, installations and outdoor workplaces must be organized to ensure the health and security of workers. |
