Abstract/Citation: According to the Act, the Convention shall apply as law in Sweden. The annexed text of the Convention contains nine sections aimed at implementing Regulation (EEC) No. 1408/71 of the Council on the application of social security schemes to employed persons and their families moving within the Community, as well as Regulation (EEC) No. 574/72 fixing the procedure for implementing Regulation (EEC) No. 1408/71.
Ordinance (No. 336 of 2005) repeals Ordinance (No. 350 of 1988) respecting application of a Convention of 21 February 1985 between Sweden and Luxembourg on Social Security.
