Second Region

Amends sections 15, 58 and 59 of Employees' State Insurance (Central) Rules 1950. In section 58 the words 'widow and children' are substituted by 'widow, children, and widowed mother'. 'Legitimate son' is replaced by 'legitimate or adopted son'. 'Adopted children' is substituted by 'adopted children and widowed mother'. Also makes some related provisions.
