| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Social Security Act 1991 as well as a number of other acts relating to social security law, family assistance law and law about veterans' entitlements and child support. Makes provision for exclusion of payments for National Socialist persecution from income, assurances of support, stopping payment for people absent from Australia without notice, comparable foreign payment debt recovery, and reduction of portability period. |
