| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for copyright in literary, musical and artistic works, computer programmes, audiovisual works, sound recordings, broadcasts and cable programmes. Also makes provision for rights in performance. Section 10 regulates first ownership of copyright. Inter alia establishes that first ownership of copyright shall be subject to agreement under subsection 11(3) to assign ownership of copyright expected to arise in the future. |
