Abstract/Citation: Amends Workplace Relations Act 1996 and Workplace Relations Regulations 1996. Excludes certain employees from termination provisions (subdivisions B, D, E and F and sections 170CL and 170CM of the Act). Also provides for fees for lodging termination applications. Inter alia applies to employees with fixed-term contract, employees engaged for a specific task, employees serving a period of probation, casual employees, and trainees.
