Abstract/Citation: Sets minimum monthly wage for textile, garment and shoe-sewing workers at 4O USD during probation period from 1 to 3 months. After probation period, minimum wage shall be 45 USD. Also provides for rewards, overtime, and annual leave. Workers who work regularly for 12 months shall receive 18 days of annual leave.
