| Abstract/Citation: | Amends several sections, inter alia, sections 10 (temporary parental benefit if parent needs to stop working to care for sick child under 12 years' age; number of days; right for father who, in case of childbirth, stops working to assist birth or care for the home or the children; parental benefit in case of adoption), and 16 (temporary parental benefit may not be granted to both parents at the same child) of chapter 4. |
