| Abstract/Citation: | The consolidation of the Ordinance (No. 782 of 2002) respecting application for and payment of pension and other benefits includes amending texts through July 2012 (including Ordinance 2004:911, Ordinance 2008:876, Ordinance 2009:1195, Ordinance 2010:1719, Ordinance 2012:265). The consolidated text includes various amendments. Contains 10 sections covering, inter alia: - Related legislation on different benefits (such as survivors benefits). - Procedure governing application for benefits. - Payment rules. Repeals Order (No. 394 of 1962) to make regulations respecting application under the Public Insurance Act and Ordinance (No. 624 of 1980) respecting method and period of pension payments under the Public Insurance Act. |
