Amends National Insurance and Social Security (Benefit) Regulations 1967, National Insurance and Social Security (Collection of Contributions) Regulations 1967, National Insurance and Social Security (Self-employed Persons) Regulations 1971, National Insurance and Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 1967, and National Insurance and Social Security (Persons Abroad and Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1967. Substitues words "65 years of age" with "pensionable age". Also makes provision for rates of insurance contributions.
