Requires Minister of Welfare and Labour to restructure central and local employment offices, in accordance with Parliament Resolution No. 35 of 2001 on implementation of employment promotion law. Also calls upon Minister of Welfare and Labour to organize training of employment officers, and fixes maximum training costs at 50,000 tugriks per person.
