Amends the Regulations of 22 Oct. 1987 of the same name, in particular by changing the definition of "medical practitioner" and "dangerous substance" and by adding new provisions on recordkeeping and reports, worker education, controlled products and other hazardous substances. Entry into force 31 Oct. 1988.
