Abstract/Citation: This Act regulates safety on ships using Swedish territorial waters and Swedish ships abroad. It covers, inter alia, seaworthiness, loading, passenger ships, manning, working environment, responsibilities in relation to the working environment and protective measures and safety precautions on ships. Repeals Act No. 719 of 1965 on the same subject.
