| Abstract/Citation: | Amends inter alia the Career Public Servants Service Act 1979, the Wage Act 1956, the Contract Public Employees Act 1948, and the Pension Act 1956. Makes provision for salaries, allowances, and pension of university personnel (professors, lecturers, assistants etc.) and teachers, as well as for some related matters. Also provides for establishment of federal pension fund corporation (Bundespensionskasse AG). |
