| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Coal and Oil Shale Mine Workers' Superannuation Act 1989 (with regard to contributions to superannuation fund), the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999, the Explosives Act 1999, as well as the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999. Provides new definitions for "mine", "mineworker" and "owner", as well as procedures for contributions to the superannuation fund. |
