Abstract/Citation: Prescribes the establishment, management, organization, and operation of limited-liability companies, joint-stock companies, partnerships and private enterprises. The State shall recognize ownership over assets and shall not nationalize or expropriate enterprises (s. 4). S. 8 requires businesses to ensure rights of workers as prescribed by labour legislation.
