Abstract/Citation
Amends provisions of the Regulations on Social Insurance (Decree 12-CP) with regard to calculation of pension benefits and pension benefits of persons who have arduous or hazardous jobs. Adds a new s. 36(a) which provides that pre-natal and post-natal leave periods for women shall be considered as benefit periods during which employees shall not be required to make insurance contributions.
