Establishes procedures for determining eligibility and method of payment, as well as determines disqualification from non-contributory old-age pensions. Amends National Insurance and Social Security (Determination of Claims and Questions) Regulations, 1967 sec. 2(1) and National Assistance Regulations, 1969 Sections 3,5 and 38. Made under the National Insurance and Social Security Act (Cap. 47). |
