Repeals ss. 2-6a of ch. 11 and s. 14 of ch. 20. Amends several provisions covering, inter alia, ss. 3 (supplementary pension, and pension of public employee abroad) of ch. 1, 2 (income for entitlement to sickness benefit) of ch. 3, 2 and 4 (calculation of benefits in case of early retirement) of ch. 13, 5 (payment of old age benefit and of survivors' benefit) of ch. 16, and 2 (definition of parent) of ch. 20.
