Amends provisions relating, inter alia, to State guarantees of the right to choose a profession and a type of activity, additional guarantees of employment for several categories of population, the right to employment, participation of enterprises, institutions and organizations in the implementation of the employment policy, level of material assistance during the period of vocational training and upgrading, unemployment benefits, end and postponement of benefits payment and material assistance for the unemployed.
