Amends provisions of the Foreign Employment Act 1985. Amends s. 12, prohibiting employment abroad for minors (persons under 18 years of age) and women; for the latter, permission to work abroad may be granted by their "guardian", i.e. parent, husband, or brother. Other amendments regard advertisements for foreign employment postions and penalties for violations of the principal Act.
