Abstract/Citation: On 15 January 1997 the decree concerning regulations for security, health and well-being were agreed upon and rendered public on 25 February 1997 (Stb. No.60) in the Work Environment/Circumstances Decree ("Arbeidsomstandighedenbesluit"). The present Decree enters into force on 1 July 1997 (with some exceptions) the Work Circumstance Decree and herewith updates the Work Environment/Circumstance Act and brings it into line with the guidelines of 12 June 1989 of the Council of the European Communities.
