Reserves defence, energy, rail transport and telecommunication industries for government investment. Provisions on forms of investment, investment permits, transfer of technology, and settlement of disputes. Part Nine establishes the Ethiopian Investment Authority. Investors may employ senior expatriate experts provided that it has been ascertained that no equally qualified Ethiopian is available to fill the job. |
