Abstract/Citation: Regulations regarding registration, discharge, and discipline of seafarers. No seafarer shall be registered who has not attained the age of 15 years; seafarers over 60 years of age may be registered only if they pass an annual medical exam, for which they must bear the expense. The Port Authority may cancel the registration of any seafarer suffering from a disease or disability rendering him unfit for work.
