Abstract/Citation: Removes requirement that agents and managers invovled in professional boxing and martial arts hold licenses. Also amends provisions of the Professional Boxing Control Act 1985 requiring contestants to be registered and to submit to medical examination by a certified medical practitioner before and after bouts.
