| Abstract/Citation: | Provides that a worker who has ten years or more service is entitled to long service leave (or payment in lieu thereof in case of termination) of 13 weeks in respect of the first ten years of service and 1.3 weeks of leave in respect of each subsequent year of service. Repeals the Long Service Leave Act 1967. |
