| Abstract/Citation: | The authority of the regulation arises out of Act No. 83 of 1993 on the recognition of education and diplomas and out of Act No. 116 of 1993 to amend various acts regarding the health and insurance sector according to the European Economic Area Agreement. It contains provisions regarding inter alia doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacologists and dentists. The European Union directive is printed as an appendix (75/362/EBE). |
