Abstract/Citation: Stipulates that in cases where work is performed involving carcinogenic substances, employers make risk assessments, provide adequate protective equipment, provide training, and limit exposure to such substances. The Schedule lists substances which shall be considered carcinogenic for the purposes of the Regulations. Made under the Factories Ordinance and puts into effect Council Directive 90/394/EEC.
