Abstract/Citation: Limits work to 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, and regulates overtime and mandatory periods of rest. Apprentices above the age of 15 may be employed after 4AM under certain conditions; women apprentices may only be employed before 6AM if the employer can guarantee or provide safe transport to and from the workplace.
