Amends provisions related to inter alia the scope of the Act (definition of "victims of Tchernobyl catastrophe" and "children victims of the catastrophe"), State responsibility, free travel for treament or financial compensation, housing measures, special measures for children, family benefits, additional payments for workers on the contaminated territory and pension measures. Put into effect by Regulation No. 242 of 6 June 1996. (Text No. 163)
