Abstract/Citation: Provides that employers must take stock of and evaluate the dangers linked to exposure to biological agents. The employer further must take preventive measures in order to limit the danger of exposure, i.e. keep a register of all employees working with dangerous agents, or give employees the opportunity to undergo a medical examination. Lays the obligations on the employer to notify the Service for Inspection and Information that work is performed with biological agents.
