Second Region

Regulates in Chapter IV labour relations in industrial zones. Workers hired must be registered at the Directorate for industrial zones. Priority in hiring must be given to Vietnamese workers. Employment of foreigners is authorised only for the time necessary for the training of Vietnamese replacements.
