Abstract/Citation: Provides for rules of general applicability concerning, inter alia, the organization, management, and decision making procedures of public administrations. These rules apply specifically to each public administration to the extent determined either by reference in the governing instructions of the administration or by ordinance. Includes a general obligation incumbent on all public administrations to assist the Government in activities related to the European Union, as well as to place personnel at the disposal of the Government to the extent so required. Repeals the Ordinance (1987:1100) on the same subject as of 1996-07-01.
