Abstract/Citation: This undated text, issued by the Committee on Labour and Social Affairs and the Central Council of Bulgarian Trade Unions in application of the new Labour Code, contains six parts. Part I (general provisions) indicates in particular that the principle of "equal remuneration for work of equal value" shall be observed. The other Parts deal respectively with the organisation of standards-setting activities, the drawing up of standards and their entry into force, amendment and implementation, as well as inspection. The transitional and final provisions state that the regulations enter into force 1 Sept. 1987.
