Abstract/Citation: Undated Decision issued under Ordinance No. 72 of 1986 by the Council of Ministers and the Central Committee of Bulgarian Trade Unions. Deals with labour remuneration in the cases of exercising more than one occupation or speciality, various tasks performed in the same enterprise or the replacement in the enterprise of a worker who is absent (Part I), remuneration for night work (Part II), the remuneration payable for defective production (Part III), prequalification allowances (Part IV) and bonuses for work of long duration (Part V). Part VI sets forth the principle of a "guaranteed amount" for the remuneration owed. Transitional and final provisions specify that this Decision, which entered into force on 1 Jan. 1987, has been issued in application of the Labour Code.
