Abstract/Citation: Amends numerous provisions of Social Security Act 1991. Inter alia, amends provisions setting forth residence requirements for certain refugees and temporary entrants (schedule 3); provisions relating to a person's qualification for disability benefits (schedules 4 and 8); provisions relating to job-search allowance (schedules 6 and 7); and provisions relating to native title rights and interests (schedule 14). Also makes minor technical amendments to the Data-Matching Program (Assistance and Tax) Act 1990, Social Security (Budget and Other Measure) Legislation Amendment Act 1993, and the Social Security (Parenting Allowance and other Measures) Legislation Amendment Act 1994.
