Abstract/Citation: Stipulates the employer's obligation to ensure that both employees and their workplaces are provided with the necessary equipment to protect employees against occupational health risks. This equipment must comply with the latest technical requirements. Furthermore, employers must take appropriate action with respect to medical assistance when needed in case of an occupational accident and must establish rooms for rest periods in accordance with the latest hygienic standards.
