Abstract/Citation: Makes numerous technical amendments to 43 pieces of legislation, including the: Civil Servant Service Rights Act 1979 (BGBl. 333); Salary Act 1956 (BGBl. 54); Pension Act 1965 (BGBl. 340); National Theatre Pension Act 1958 (BGBl. 159); Civil Servant Sickness and Accident Benefit Act (BGBl. 200); Unemployment Insurance Act 1977 (BGBl. 609); General Social Security Act 1955 (BGBl. 189); Livlihood Social Security Act 1978 (BGBl. 560); Farmer Social Security Act 1978 (BGBl. 559); and the Family Benefit Act 1967 (BGBl. 376). Section XXV provides a Layoff Benefit Supplement Law, entitling men and women with children to a supplement during a layoff period. Section XXVI provides an Act for the Pre-Financing of Workshops for the Disabled.
