Abstract/Citation: Provides for the promotion of employment of physically or mentally disabled workers. Establishes for this purpose an Employment Promotion of the Handicapped Committee and an Employment Promotion Agency for the Handicapped. With certain exceptions, employers shall employ disabled workers at a rate of 1 to 5 per cent of the total workforce (sec. 35). Employers hiring the disabled above this rate shall receive an allowance; those falling below shall pay a levy.
