Abstract/Citation: Provides comprehensive regulations for employment services. Section 2 prohibits discrimination in job placement and vocational guidance on the basis of sex, religion, social or marital status. Chapter V sets forth penal provisions for persons recruiting workers through violence and other violations of the Act.
