| Abstract/Citation: | Outlines duties and responsibilities of the State, employers and workers in matters of employment. In order to implement the plan, an Employment Policy Council shall be established. The State shall further the development of vocational abilities, promote employment, and collect data on employment matters. In addition, the State shall endeavor to expand job opportunities for the aged and disabled (sec. 16), for women (sec. 17), and employers shall ensure equal job opportunities for men and women (sec . 19). |
