Second Region

Consists of six Chapters. Chapter Two contains provisions relating to human rights and freedoms. These include: the right to employment (Art. 4); the right to old age, disability, childbirth and childcare assistance (Art. 5); and freedom of press, opinion and assembly (Art. 16). Chapter Three outlines the structure of the State: Part I regulates the legislative body, the State Great Hural; Part II the President; Part III the Government; and Part IV the Judiciary, including the Supreme Court and the General Council of Courts.
