The changes concern, inter alia, the right to limit and revoke rights and obligations under the Act, and conformity of this right with EC Council directives 75/129/EEG of 17 February, 77/187/EEG of 14 February 1977 and 92/56/EEG of 24 June 1992; the duty to negotiate when the employer or employee is not bound by a collective agreement; and the applicability of a collective agreement in case of transfer of ownership. The new sections concern trade union rights to limit the employer's right to contract out without entering into an employment agreement, and matters related thereto.
