Abstract/Citation: |
Provides that an association which proposes to enter into an enterprise agreement on behalf of a group of employees must give notice of that proposal to the group of employees, and an employer must give notice that negotiations for an enterprise agreement are about to begin. Sets out the requirements for signing an emterprise agreement. Excludes certain classes of employees from the ambit of Part 6 of Chapter 3 (Unfair Dismissal) of the Industrial and Employee Relations Act 1994. Made under the Industrial and Employee Relations Act 1994. |
