Second Region

Provides that section 3 of Chapter 1, sections 1, 3 and 4 and subsection 2 of section 5, section 6, 6(b), 7, 11, 12, 15 and 18 to 23 of Chapter 7 and sections 1 and 1(a) of Chapter 9 of the Ordinance (1973:418) respecting students' allowance are also applicable to the special adult education subsidy for unemployed persons.
