Abstract/Citation: Provides that a parent may give his or her right to parental benefit to the other parent except for 30 days which the parent must take, or else lose one month of benefit. Parental benefits are available for 12 months of which 2 months are paid at 90 per cent and the remaining months at 80 per cent.
