Abstract/Citation: Inserts a definition of "contract worker" and amends the definition of "seasonal worker". Provides that every seasonal or contract worker shall accumulate vacation leave at the rate of 1 1/2 days for each month of continuous service. Continuous service shall be deemed to be broken only by the death, resignation, retirement or discharge of an employee; an employee who is discharged and re-engaged by the employer within two months of such discharge shall be deemed not to have broken his continuous service (however, this does not apply to seasonal and contract workers).
