Abstract/Citation: Provides that an agreement may not be invoked in a dispute relating to undue treatment of an employment seeker or a worker under the Act against ethnic discrimination, if it was concluded before the dispute arose with the object of ensuring that any dispute should be determined by an arbitrator without the possibility for the parties to exercise their right to challenge the arbitration award.
