| Abstract/Citation: | Provides that the period during which an unemployed person participates in activities for development of working life shall be placed on equal footing with periods during which an unemployed person (under section 6 of the Act respecting unemployment insurance and section 6 of the Act respecting cash labour market assistance) has had remunerated employment. |
