Abstract/Citation: Provides that a person who manufactures, imports, sells or hires out a machine, tool or other technical equipment shall ensure prior to its use that the equipment is secure against sickness and accident before use. Provides that the Work Protection Board may prescribe rules on matters of technical equipment and substances that may cause sickness or accidents and for related matters.
